REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2026-2027 SEASON. PLEASE REVIEW THE PACKET AND SELECT YOUR STUDENT'S CAMP AND CLASS FOR THE YEAR. NEW FAMILIES MUST FIRST COMPLETE THE NEW FAMILY PORTAL REGISTRATION.

Beginner Registration Process:

Read the handbook in the About section of website. Read the information packet on the registration page.

2. Sign up for our instrument fitting to choose an instrument. 

3. Register for Beginner Band Camp and Beginner Band Class.

4. Attend Beginner Band Camp on August 3rd-7th from 9 am -12 pm.

5. Start lessons and band rehearsals the week of August 10th.

Transfer student from public/private school or moving into area:

2. Sign up for a slot at the instrument fair to audition for placement or contact Jamie Stanley to schedule appointment. (Prepare an etude, solo or song that reflects your level of skill. Play two octave chromatic and B flat concert scales.)

3. Register for band camp and class based on placements.

4. Attend camp August 3rd-7th all day.

5. Start lessons and band rehearsals the week of August 10th.

Completed Beginner Band or previously in Concert Band:

1. Review the information packet and get questions answered

2. Registration for returning students opens Monday, June 15, 2026, and closes June 30, 2026.

3. Fill out a registration form in the parent portal.

4. Select the appropriate classes for your student (camps and band classes)

5. Once registered, the registration fee will be posted to your JackRabbit portal account and charged to the credit card on file on June 30 (or you may log in and pay sooner if you wish). 

6. Returning students: Plan to attend the required Band Camp August 3-7, 2026 

7. Private Lessons will be scheduled in late July or early August.
